HPBrokers was born of the respected and successful company “Lifestyle Bed and Breakfast Sales”. As we have evolved we have found that the bed and breakfast label no longer applied thanks to our diversity into areas such as motel, management rights and caravan park sales. We are still very proud of our LB&BS heritage and, more that ever, carry an experience in the sale of bed and breakfast style property that can’t be matched in the industry.
At present we have over 50 agents operating in all parts of Australia and are continuing to grow. Part of our vision is to provide an outstanding level of service through a network of agents that know the hospitality game while not having to spread themselves over too large a territory. We have achieved this through careful selection of experienced agents in regional centers that understand the current happenings in their district and can pass this on to their clients.

Neill Atkins attended James Ruse Agricultural High School, and was inspired to become a Stock & Station agent. Successfully doing this as both a leading agent and auctioneer, he returned to Sydney after 11 years in 1978. He co-founded the North Shores largest independent estate agency, Asset Realty Pty. Ltd., and in 1987 resigned as Chairman and moved to the Southern Highlands in New South Wales. In 1988 Neill designed and constructed the first purpose built Bed & Breakfast on the Southern Highlands in the Historic village of Berrima. At an industry level he sat on the Southern Highlands Accommodation association management board as the Bed & Breakfast representative for a number of years.
Hospitality Property Brokers is the combination of Neill’s two loves; Real Estate marketing and the hospitality industry. His 35 years in Real Estate agency practice together with many years in accommodation management and hospitality give him the edge that a specialist needs. That edge is experience. As accommodation operators, his clients can deal with confidence knowing that over 35 years of hands on experience come with him to ensure the best result possible when it comes time to sell their properties.
